Who we are

A proprietary company holding property on its own account.

We own the assets on our balance sheet and manage them directly. When we add a property, conveyancers and building inspectors sign off first; when we join a builder on site, the joint-venture deed is executed before earthworks.

Our work spans residential and commercial holdings, selective development sites and the records that support long-term ownership across New South Wales.
